Melissa Cross

Melissa is Trevecca’s Medical Records Director. She enjoys following up on requests and ensuring the job is done well. She has been in healthcare since 1993, Her grandmother was a patient at home, and she helped care for her during these times. Caring for her, led Melissa to find what she wanted to do for the long term.  Melissa is very passionate about her job, she had clerical positions in healthcare, as well as holding a CNA license. At the end of her day, she puts her best foot forward ensuring the job is correctly followed through. She has a dog named Bizzy that she spends a lot of her time with, he is a three-year-old Shorkie.
