Glen has been working in healthcare for eleven years.  He loves people and genuinely enjoys helping them, which has always been the driving force behind his career.  He found great fulfillment in making a positive impact on patients' lives, supporting families, and being part of a team that prioritizes care and compassion.  The challenges in healthcare excite me because they push me to learn and grow, and every day I get to make a difference, no matter how small.  This reinforces why I chose this path. Making a resident smile is his favorite part of his job.  In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and planning events.
