Kurstin has been in healthcare for four years now. After several years of career searching, she followed in several family members' footsteps, including her mother. Seeing the satisfaction and success that they have received in their careers led Kurstin to join the healthcare family as well. Her favorite part of the job is seeing relief come across the residents’ and families’ faces when they realize that they’re not alone because you’re there to help, every step of the way. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They love to explore Tennessee, binge-watch their favorite shows, and travel back and forth to Alabama to visit family.
